Use:
◆ Suitable for twisting of various power cables, data cables, communication cables and other special cables, and simultaneously completing the central and side tapes wrapping.

Performance characteristics：
◆ This series of equipments are developed based on the research of similar products at home and abroad, and according to the requirements of our vast customers.
◆ Hasing independent intellectual property rights and leading international standards with patent No. ZL00237834.5.
◆ The control system consists of PLC procedure control, frequency conversion control and pneumatic control, ensuring stable twisting pitches.
◆ There are two types of twisting pitches:
1. PLC automatic stepless control type;
2. Gear transformation stepwise control type.
◆ There are three options for the wires pay-off section: passive, active or reverse twisting pay-off.

◆控制系統(tǒng)由PLC程序控制+變頻控制+氣動(dòng)控制組成，絞距穩(wěn)定。
◆兩種絞距形式供客戶選擇：一、PLC自動(dòng)無(wú)級(jí)控制型；二、換齒變換有級(jí)型。
◆放線部分有被動(dòng)型、主動(dòng)型以及退扭型三種方式選擇。
